We were very nervous about purchasing insurance on the internet, and about sharing our personal information, like our Social Security Numbers, with people we did not know. We phoned your office number and was greeted by a very nice person who answered all our questions. We have had our Plan F's now for some time and have not had any problems with claims filing and our claims are paid very quickly. One of the nicest things is we have not had a ton of other agents calling our home trying to sell us more insurance. Thank you for takings such good care of us.
